Below are the few tools which I developed over the years. Only Send To Notepad is downloadable currently. I am making changes to the rest two tools. I will publish them once I am done. Keep checking.

Send To Notepad


Send To Notepad is a simple tool, which sits in your task bar. You can use it to paste the copied text automatically to notepad. It is very useful when you are browsing the net. Just double click the icon in task bar, it opens the notepad with copied text in it.

The tool is currently listed in more than 30 popular download sites and has more than downloads as of now. On 23rd January 2007, this tool got listed as "Download of the day" in one of the most popular site http://www.lifehacker.com.

    • GetUserName

    GetUserName is the latest addin which I have developed. This tool is useful for you if you are part of a huge team and using VSTS, and in file History window of VS.NET IDE, employee ids are displayed. In such a scenario to find who is user of particular employee id, you usually query the AD of your organization or you check the name is Outlook through your MES. This addin avoids such cumbersome activity and helps you by showing the user name in VS.NET IDE itself.

    This addin is already under test in my company, however I still have not got time to generalize this tool and to make it work in different organizations. Once I develop it completely I will post it here for download.
